I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me.
