I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! DON’T PAY THE DEALER FOR KEY FOB!
I was quoted over $1100 for my Hyundai key fob and programming at the dealer. I spoke with Henry’s key and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind on the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment around my work and their location is very convenient.
Programming and cutting the weird key cost me around $120, and while the fob was a little more expensive than the best ebay/amazon price, buying from them guarantees that it’ll work the first time, no issues. So much cheaper than the dealer and even other locksmiths.
Save our local artisans, you will never get this service or expertise from “on-line” or those walmart kiosks that usually cost more from the start anyway.
