Steven was very honest and straight forward. Mercury milan 2010, I needed a new key and alarm remote. I was quoted $250. Once I made the payment, A locksmith was ready to give me a new key & alarm at midnight.

Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Great workmanship, great communication, and great people. Highly recommend Pocono Locksmith!

Jake made me two keys for wife’s Honda pilot service was quick and easy and tbh the replacement keys were much better quality than the junk keys Honda makes and was able to save some money by not having to get them made at the dealership. If you ever need a lock smith Jake’s your man. He’s a third generation locksmith and his experience speaks for itself would 10/10 recommend him to anyone in need of locksmith services. Thanks

Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed.
