I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed.
