My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. One of my many hobbies is WWII reenacting. I have a matching pair of Eagle brand solid brass padlocks and 1 manufactures key.

After having gone to two different Home Depot’s and a Lowes, I found myself nowhere at all. Carl at Lowe’s recommended Paul by name.

He 3 keys for me made in less than an hour, and for all of $10.

If you are going to visit Paul, he shares the building with a barbershop, just walk on in.

I lost my key and thought I’d have to replace the whole lock, but these guys really came through. Super friendly, very professional, and the price was way lower than I expected. Lost my only key fob to my 2008 Prius. Anyone familiar with this car knows that without the fob you cannot move the car or even take it out of gear. Plus the battery will die if not run within around 10 days. Brandi ordered me a new fob, came to my house and programmed it as I couldn’t get it to their shop. She even put a battery backup on my battery while she programmed it as it was on it’s last bit of energy. Thanks Brandi.You did a Great job. I recommend these folks to anyone.
