I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! What’s the deal with this business ordered a replacement Fob for my Audi, over a week ago said it would arrive in 2 days, haven’t heard back and nobody answers calls or returns calls. Only way they respond is if you leave a bad review. So please stay away from these crazy people not sure they understand customer service or give a damn. Searching for a new place.

Great experience all around with Pop-a-lock. On very short notice, Mr. Okoli repaired my car keys that were breaking right before a holiday weekend. Really appreciated that there is an in-person location, as I didn’t need a locksmith to come to me (although he does that too). Needed 3 keys copied, 2 padlock keys and a house key, for some reason only one of the padlock keys was able to be done, even though they were the same brand and type of padlock, tried probably 4 times to get it to recognize before I gave up and went to Lowes, the other 2 keys were $7.69 a piece, which was a little much in my opinion

Needed replacement key fob for my car. Dealer quoted me $400 for the fob and programming. Got a new fob on Amazon for about $20, and Henry’s took care of the rest. Programming the fob and cutting the key came to $117. Every other place i called wanted significantly more to do this work. Also the service was very friendly and I was in and out in about 8 minutes. Highly recommend.
