I walked right in and they re-keyed a lock for me in 5 minutes, at a great price. Good luck trying to do that at Lowe’s or Home Depot!

ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE. I was intending to purchase 3 duplicates. Buy 2 get one free. Only 2 duplicates were cut. I had to purchase another key. I got back to the home of the 90 year old woman that I take care. The keys would not turn the lock. Worse, the last one got stuck inside the lock. I had to pay a handyman to get it out so that it did not break off inside the lock itself. I had to stay several extra hours unpaid… and pay the handyman. The stress was astronomical.

I had three keys made, all work perfectly. I also had one make with the ok a dots. Easy to know which key is which when they are color coded. Great service no problems

I found this kiosk to be very slow for making four copies of two keys. I would rather have worked with a real person. There are two improvements I would suggest: First, there should be a bag or key ring tag available to organize the purchase. Making multiple copies of multiply keys required me to keep track of the copies and originals with no way to label them. Secondly, the key edges were sharp and still had key shavings on them. Fortunately there was a brass wire brush at the nearby key station that I borrowed to clean up the keys. I’m hoping the keys work in the locks! I will leave another review if the keys do not work properly. Bottom line, I would have rather worked with an associate that would likely have been quicker and have better interaction.
