Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)

I asked if they could make the bottoms of my heels less slippery, and they said they could add rubber soles, so I left them to be done. When I picked them up two days later, only the front had rubber added — nothing on the heels. The woman claimed I had asked for it not to be added, which was completely untrue. On top of that, when I got home and inspected the shoes properly, I found several scratches around the area she had clearly filed. These were brand new shoes, never worn, and now they’re damaged. Really disappointed with the service.
