Christian was a great technician he fixed the deadbolt and door in a timely manner and the price was very affordable. Great company and great service technician. If another problem occured I would use North Hills Lock and Safe again.

The machine was very easy to order. I needed 3 keys. They had a special buy 2 keys get 3rd one free. The keys did work you do need to wipe them off there are shaving pieces on them

I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

Super easy to use and very convenient. I needed a key, but didn’t have the physical one with me, but I remembered I had it in my KeyHero App, so once at the kiosk I just followed the steps and all was very easy.
