Brilliant, local service with honest price. Arrived within 30 minutes of calling, came to save us after our house was burgled. Changed the lock in a few minutes and explained everything about how the original lock was broken to assure us. Very nice & calm man to talk to, thank so much 🙂

Nigel responded to my call immediately and visited the house the same day where he fixed the rear patio doors which I could not lock previously. His manner was polite and very efficient. ASAP sent out Ben, who was amazingly quick and efficient. What a nice guy he was too. He clearly explained the issue and what he needed to do to fix the lock, which he did, and very tidily. A brilliant experience and really pleased with the cost which was very reasonable. Thankyou ASAP and Ben!
