So it was dark cold and raining and a neighbor stopped by and when I stepped outside, the door locked behind me. But it’s never been a door you could lock yourself out of! So crazy. So I went over to our neighbors and of course we tried ourselves first, but then I called Pop-a-lock and got the wonderful James!! James was friendly and agreeable and said he would be here in half an hour and he was here in exactly half an hour and he got me in using latch paper. One move. And he, again, was Friendly and Pleasant and easy to engage in conversation and I appreciate all of that. As well as the fact that he was quick and efficient. And he was interested in what I showed him about your app, and how confusing it is, And how to explain it to future customers. Thanks!!
