Had a great experience with C&S Locksmith Services. Chris was the one who came out and he was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. The whole process was quick and efficient. Pricing was fair and reasonable, no games. He got the job done fast and did it right. Friendly, reliable, and overall just a solid experience from start to finish. Would absolutely use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Called the number the Autozone guy gave me around 4pm or so. Skylar picked up and told me he couldn’t make it out till 6-7pm. He finally made it out around 8pm. He worked quickly and got me a new key in under a half hour.
The issue I have is with the price. I understand maybe it was “after hours” or whatever, but the original inquiry was 4pm or so. Just because the service didn’t start till 8pm doesn’t feel like an “after hours” service to me. $486 for everything but for only ONE key?? And when I asked for a second key he said it would cost $729 total??? Something about that pricing didn’t make any sense to me and honestly felt a little bit like a scam. At that point it would’ve been cheaper to tow my key to the dealership and have them make me a key but it was too late for that I’m sure he doesn’t make those prices out of thin air, maybe it comes from the company itself, but honestly $486 was bad enough for one key that took a half hour to finish. $729 for two keys is highway robbery. Would only recommend him for the speedy service but I will probably go with someone else in the future.

Only 1 of the 3 keys I purchased actually works. I only put one key in the machine to copy and I needed 3 copies of the exact same key. The first key that came out works. The second and third keys that were supposed to be exact copies do not work. They all look identical. (See photo) I’m confused and am going to take my receipt to Walmart to get my money back. (Only the colorful one works)

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!
