Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way. You probably shouldn’t advertise that you service the Butler County area. When you refuse to provided me service cause your lock smiths refuse to Drive to Butler. Also what’s sad is two company that claim to be opened and provided service to Butler County refused me service. How is that a smaller company that was closed, provide better service and customer care than your company

I used the Minute Key kiosk because as usual every merchant is under staffed, and nobody was available to make a key at the in-store machine. I gave this 3 stars because while it did make me a key, the kiosk was only able to copy 1 of the 2 house keys I needed to copy. This resulted in me having to hunt down an employee and have them cut the 2nd on the in-store machine. Pretty cool concept…when it works.
