needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Prices I was quoted to replace it was crazy high. I stopped at Spory’s and got a new one at half what the other places were quoting me. Thank you. This father and son duo have been by far the best customer service I have experienced in this valley, to date. Not only were they prompt. They had excellent communication they showed up with everything they needed to my personal address where I needed them to meet me. Even after running into an issue, they continue to stick by me communicate what was going on and we’re able to come to a quick resolve! I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and compassion, as well as the respect, clear communication and the prompt service. By far, the best pricing in the valley!

They refuse to make me a key, nothing fancy just needed a duplicate, because of the shirt that I was wearing. They called me a communist but it was just a red t-shirt with the Turkish flag design on it which is a star and a moon. They proceeded to yell at me as I walked out the door. Weird place, dirty, old and Dusty. I’m all for shopping local but not willing to support ignorance. My foreign stepfather had a similar problem with them in the past. How that building passed inspection to the beyond me.

Martin and his team are fantastic. I need keys made and they were done asap. I also lost the keys to my RV and they come out and replaced the ignition within 2hrs. I had some concerns and Martin himself came out in the early morning hours and fix it himself. Can’t say enough about this company. Great customer service from beginning to end.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.
