My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. READ THIS BEFORE YOU CALLED THEM!!
Two nights Ago In a freezing night with my two year-old I managed to lock myself out the house and I had to call a locksmith. I called DS Locksmith and the technician told me that he will be at my location in Bridgeport in 25 minutes.
I waited over an hour after calling multiple times, the technician told me every time I called that he will be there in 10-15 minutes But nobody showed up.
Beware from this company.

Excellent service, Our safe was jammed, the key code was jammed and we lost the key.. Sherwood was able to pick the lock, save the day as our passports and other important info was there.. Fast and very reasonable.. thanks for taking this huge worry away from us.
