I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me. What’s the deal with this business ordered a replacement Fob for my Audi, over a week ago said it would arrive in 2 days, haven’t heard back and nobody answers calls or returns calls. Only way they respond is if you leave a bad review. So please stay away from these crazy people not sure they understand customer service or give a damn. Searching for a new place.
