Friday morning, my ignition key unexpectedly detached from the key fob as I started my car. Made the mistake of driving to work instead of just working from home in Philadelphia. I was unable to restart the car from the outdoor parking lot of my job in Paoli. Had to leave the car there and catch a ride home. Fast forward to Monday after receiving a recommendation to try Pop-A-Lock, I got in contact with Emeka to secure an appointment. First, he gave me instructions in how to start my car even with the detached key. Then I visited the premises and he gave me some valuable options to consider. When all was said and done, I opted for a new key that would be separate from the key fob. I saved myself over 50% of what it would have cost if I had a new replacement fob programmed along with a new key made. Emeka was clear in his communication with me, provided quality service and treated me as a valued customer.
