Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! They sent someone out they called me and had great communication he showed up in a timely manner was super quick I mean it took him under 2 minutes to unlock it that was amazing because I was already 2 hours late for work so the quicker the better I needed it and DALLAS provides quick efficiency and great communication 10/10 5 stars totally recommended Dauphin Locksmith to anyone in need!! I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

I appreciated that they came out on a Sunday even though they are a 24 hr 7 day service going by there ad. I do feel they need to be more transparent on pricing. They did a good job. As well given me a idea for my next line of work. Thank you

Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.
