This father and son duo have been by far the best customer service I have experienced in this valley, to date. Not only were they prompt. They had excellent communication they showed up with everything they needed to my personal address where I needed them to meet me. Even after running into an issue, they continue to stick by me communicate what was going on and we’re able to come to a quick resolve! I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and compassion, as well as the respect, clear communication and the prompt service. By far, the best pricing in the valley!

Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

They did a fabulous job on making another copy of my key in just about 20 minutes.
Jacky was such a wonderful person with best customer service I have ever seen in any company.

Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Great workmanship, great communication, and great people. Highly recommend Pocono Locksmith!
