Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

Lock on my front door was not working, they send a guy, who shows up, is there for 5 minutes, charges $225, and says it’s fixed. This is Friday,, I try to lock the door on Saturday, it’s not working. I call and they say they can’t come until Monday at 10:00am. Well, at 10:30 we call, and he said he’s delayed until 2:30pm. For a company that says they are local,,, not sure for that amount of money it takes 3 days to fix!

I ordered a key from this location 11 days ago because it wasn’t available in the machine, and chose to have it mailed to my home. The estimate said 3–5 days, but it’s now been 11 days with no delivery and no tracking information provided. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
