Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me. Keith’s Lock and Door service came out to install a smart, wifi-enabled deadbolt on our front door. I reached out using their “contact us” form and received a quick reply. Scheduling was easy – great communication. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile, testing and making adjustments to ensure that the lock worked perfectly. He made me a couple of extra keys, and spent some time making sure I understood how the lock worked, what kind of batteries to use, and what to do if I ever lose the secret codes – all the reasons we didn’t want to DIY this one. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. We will definitely use Keith’s in the future!

My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great — if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way.
