I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. Martin and his team are fantastic. I need keys made and they were done asap. I also lost the keys to my RV and they come out and replaced the ignition within 2hrs. I had some concerns and Martin himself came out in the early morning hours and fix it himself. Can’t say enough about this company. Great customer service from beginning to end.

When my purse was stolen with my keys for my car inside it, Ron showed up like an absolute hero. He came out after hours and handled everything with a level of kindness and compassion you just don’t see every day.

Ron was incredibly patient, walked me through the whole process, and had my new car fob made faster than I could say “worst day ever.” What started as a nightmare turned into something manageable because he genuinely cared and knew exactly what to do.

He made a terrible experience easy, stress-free, and honestly? A whole lot better. If you need a locksmith, especially in a crisis, I couldn’t recommend Ron enough. Total lifesaver and an absolute hero.

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!

We had a bad experience with another locksmith company. Tom was patient and listened to our story. He was professional, direct, and coordinated a service appointment within the hour. Donald, our tech, worked diligently and served our home with care and great attention to detail. We are satisfied with the work but more appreciative of the time and attention they showed our family.
