I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Quick service, I just had copies of door keys made. I didn’t like the rough edges, I didn’t want to pay an extra $3 per key…I bought 3. For the higher price @ $8 per key the buffing of the edge should have been included as part of that fee. The keys did work great.
