This place is amazing. The knowledge and help these guys have and give makes them absolutely amazing. They are eager to help in anyway they can. We had to get our locks re-keyed on a Friday night in a snow storm, and they handled it with no problems or complaints. It didn’t seem like they charged us some exorbitant amount for doing the job off hours either. We also had them replace a lock mechanism on a french door at a later date. Their pricing seems competitive and fair.

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

Very professional. If I could rate them a ten, I would. I definitely recommend.
Very easy to set an appointment.
They cut a new chipped key and programmed a new remote making sure my remote start system still worked perfectly. Great price too.
Definitely less expensive than a OEM dealership.

This is my second and last time using this service. My first trip I got 3 sets of keys copied. Out of those 3 SETS only 1 worked. I got 4 copies of each of those keys. All butt one set were wasted. On 4-16-21 I decided to give it another try, this time with different sets of keys. Literally the same exact outcome! Out of the 4 keys I had copied, 3 of each. Only 1 of those sets worked when I got back. From now on I’ll be going to a person to copy my keys! Great idea with the kiosk but poor execution.

Convenient, the key works well. Most likely that I will never use this machine again. Way too expensive. At the local hardware store I can get 3 keys for the same price. Also the machine asked too many questions
