Our old lock, despite it having classic charm, lacked in the modern convenience features that one can benefit from everyday. Friday morning, my ignition key unexpectedly detached from the key fob as I started my car. Made the mistake of driving to work instead of just working from home in Philadelphia. I was unable to restart the car from the outdoor parking lot of my job in Paoli. Had to leave the car there and catch a ride home. Fast forward to Monday after receiving a recommendation to try Pop-A-Lock, I got in contact with Emeka to secure an appointment. First, he gave me instructions in how to start my car even with the detached key. Then I visited the premises and he gave me some valuable options to consider. When all was said and done, I opted for a new key that would be separate from the key fob. I saved myself over 50% of what it would have cost if I had a new replacement fob programmed along with a new key made. Emeka was clear in his communication with me, provided quality service and treated me as a valued customer. I recommend him as your locksmith if you are in Paoli or anywhere in Philadelphia’s western suburbs.
