The key worked great . But the kiosk is very complicated to use i had to get help from a employee to get it done

This was such a smooth experience. I called late afternoon, and had a new key in hand before 8 the next morning. Great service, very friendly. Next time I need a key, this is the way I’ll go.

I really have to let everyone no my story the house that my wife and 3 kids went up in flames 3 day ago in langhorne the whole home was a complete loss. I lost everything in the fire even my car keys I call Dan’s lock Smith and ask the lady of the phone if they do with emergency services she said yes i told her that i’m going to need is with three hours because I had to relocate because of the house fire she said yes i also how much the price was going to be the price was amazing.I was expecting it’s be high but it was the cheapest around dan got to my car with in a hour. The service was amazing got the job done quick. At the end of all this dan then looked up to my house saw the pile of rubble from the fire and said no charge there are people that go into business for straight profit , and there’s other people that go into business that are kind and amazing human beings dan is one of them thank you so much I really didn’t have all that money and it made me cry knowing there are great people stillOut there in the world today . I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

I can’t say enough great things about Coastal Locks of Havelock, New Bern, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. From start to finish, the experience was professional, timely, and stress-free. My spouse and I drove from MD and had an unfortunate situation of locking a key fob in the vehicle. After many calls, we reached Dennis and thank god we did! He was very responsive, kind, and on target with his ETA to offer help. He was able to fix our situation and got our key out in minutes. Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.
