PRETTY SHINY BRASS KEY!!! The keys with designs are like double the price and some designs are special shipped to your house and not made in the machine. I didn’t know that so thought i’d throw that out there lol. Anyways the key works. The base brass key is cheap, like $6. The machine is great if you dont like interacting with humans at the hardware store!

I called and got a prompt response, far more than I expected.
My key got stuck in the machine drop chute after being cut.
I called and was directed back to the machine and started over again and was given a special code to cut the second key free!
The first one never dropped out, but, I got my key.
Man was so easy to understand and patient with me!
