Two nights Ago In a freezing night with my two year-old I managed to lock myself out the house and I had to call a locksmith. I called DS Locksmith and the technician told me that he will be at my location in Bridgeport in 25 minutes.
I waited over an hour after calling multiple times, the technician told me every time I called that he will be there in 10-15 minutes But nobody showed up.
Beware from this company.

Steve recently helped us with a same-day appointment. He explained our options to us and walked us through everything he was doing. This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)
