I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! I had a conversation with Tony, and Allan showed up afterward. He was very courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and he explained each step he was taking. Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Great workmanship, great communication, and great people. Highly recommend Pocono Locksmith!

Showed up on a Sunday, luckily they were there waiting for a U-Haul truck to be returned and the guy was able to cut me a key really quick and I was in and out and on my way all within 45 minutes.

My review of 3 stars is due to the fact I was told they would send me a form so I could get reimbursed by Triple A, 1 week later and no form even after multiple calls and text reminders.

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.
