Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Valley Lock and Door are fantastic. The estimate and price was great, the timeline quoted was 7-9 weeks, and the door was ordered and installed in just 5 weeks, in freezing cold weather no less!

The installation was flawless, from start to finish, the door was removed, all new track and spring was installed as well as the brand new door within 2 hours. The installer was neat and orderly, cleaned up and took everything away.

Another big point, probably the biggest for me personally, the estimate included a promotion from the manufacturer that discounted the highest rated insulated door down to the equivalent price of the lowest rated insulated door. Valley Lock and Door were honest and upfront about that and passed that saving on to me. Another door company outside of our area who uses the same supplier did NOT disclose that savings and quoted me almost $300 more for the same door as Valley Lock and Door!

I really have to let everyone no my story the house that my wife and 3 kids went up in flames 3 day ago in langhorne the whole home was a complete loss. I lost everything in the fire even my car keys I call Dan’s lock Smith and ask the lady of the phone if they do with emergency services she said yes i told her that i’m going to need is with three hours because I had to relocate because of the house fire she said yes i also how much the price was going to be the price was amazing.I was expecting it’s be high but it was the cheapest around dan got to my car with in a hour. The service was amazing got the job done quick. At the end of all this dan then looked up to my house saw the pile of rubble from the fire and said no charge there are people that go into business for straight profit , and there’s other people that go into business that are kind and amazing human beings dan is one of them thank you so much I really didn’t have all that money and it made me cry knowing there are great people stillOut there in the world today .
