This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)

Great shop! I needed a holster for my .357 Magnum, and I had already been to three stores and none of them had what I was looking for. Within 3 minutes of walking into Ross Brothers the guy behind the counter brought out the PERFECT holster. High quality and robust, and very comfortable. It has been on my side 24/7 ever since, and it will see many years of use. I am extremely happy with Ross Brothers’ shop, it’s a great place with better selection than most shops.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Had 3 keys made for a basic door..suppose 2 b buy 2 get 1 for free..key was $5.99 each for a approx.$12.70 including the free 1..they don’t print u a receipt it’s sent 2 ur email which I never received and my debit was charged over $15….and all 3 keys r useless and don’t work!!!!
