My spouse and I drove from MD and had an unfortunate situation of locking a key fob in the vehicle. After many calls, we reached Dennis and thank god we did! He was very responsive, kind, and on target with his ETA to offer help. He was able to fix our situation and got our key out in minutes. He chatted with us for a few and wished us safe travels back to MD. Highly recommend Dennis and his prompt, reliable services!

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

Dude was a complete jerk. Mad to get a call on a holiday about a key. When I don’t want business, I simply don’t pick up the phone. No need being a jerk to the customer. I’m working w plenty of small businesses on this holiday and I am a small business that welcomes calls when it’s convenient to the customer. I work all other days just like you. I’ll gladly go to Home Depot instead of this small business

Bought 4 keys thru their kiosk at ShopRite. Still have not received my keys. I called their customer service. They claimed it had been shipped and that I would finally receive my keys late, but on Saturday. I asked for a tracking number and they said they would email me the tracking number. Never received an email or a tracking number. They then claimed they were having trouble emailing me. Now I have the hassle of having to file a dispute with my bank and notifying ShopRite that I’ve been cheated by their kiosk. No keys, no voluntary refund and no honesty on their part. Buyer Beware.
