My car was locked with the keys inside. I called the closest locksmith, 9 minutes from my location. Phone call was outsourced. Get a call from a second person they are 30 minutes away. 2nd person goes to wrong location because 1st person didn’t clarify location. I ended up giving directions to someone who told me I would be charged for the service call and work, even if he couldn’t find me. He found me over an hour after my initial call and charged me $240. Do not use this if you get locked out of your car. Pathetic all around

I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

Had a very bad experience with using this company for a vehicle lockout. I asked what at the most my wait time would be BEFORE paying them. They told me typically 30 minutes- sometimes an hour. I agreed to wait and paid over the phone before they would dispatch anyone to help me and my kids. I paid… Over 2 hours of standing around when was in contact with the driver multiple times and he kept saying “20 minutes sir” after his 4th call to my phone and another “20 minutes eta” his final excuse was that he thought I was in a completely different part of town. If they cannot provide the drivers with the address they require you to provide them .. it’s just bad all around. Not sure if anyone else has had an experience like this most of the other reviews seemed good so I took a chance. I can tell you that as of 7/5/25 I will never use them again. Save your money and call someone else to help you . Even if the other company tells you they’ll be longer than this company tells you it will take I still say use the other company. They texted me and gave me updates that made it seem like it was going to be a good experience. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any locksmith service. I called for help and was basically told “we can start over and call someone else” who wants to wait another 2 hours ? … terrible. I usually only post positive reviews because I never like to talk down someone’s business, but I’m just trying to maybe help that one couple who sees this review that gets stranded with kids outside their vehicle . DO NOT use this company. Call literally anyone else.

Keys will work two of my keys didn’t work. I didn’t have time to anywhere. I’m with the machine for Lowes couldn’t give me a refund so I just had Lowes make too many cookies for me.
