I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! I called from out of state to request a welfare check that involved getting into a locked apartment. I couldn’t have asked for more prompt and professional service. I was able to text over all pertinent information for legal purposes and someone was there within 30 minutes. Thankfully, all was well and the locksmith left the lock in working condition so no major changes were necessary ( other than us making sure a neighbor has a key!). The owner even called the next day to express his relief. Well worth the $120. Thank you!

Have used them for over 5 years now. They are great, know their stuff, don’t try to sell you on extra stuff. Always have them cut you extra keys- their keys are far superior to the big box stores and you know you will need them someday. Very pleased with their service.
