Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

Service was quick and seemed reasonable. This would have been 5 stars, but the attitude was quite unacceptable in my opinion. I brought in a lock to be re-keyed and have some copies of the key made. He quoted an hour but was done in less than half that. I paid and went home and installed the lock only to discover the key would not come out of the lock. I called and asked if he could help and he very quickly started acting like I was accusing him of something. He said he showed me the key pulling out of the lock (he did not), he just showed me that the key turned and would lock and unlock the handle (which it did). He got very hostile and said I could come back in and get a refund and I said I was just trying to get it working. I then took apart the handle and verified what I had come to suspect: the cylinder was installed upside-down. Honestly a very easy mistake and if he would have told me that it was something I could easily fix in 5 minutes, I would have been happy.

Would not cut a non-chip key. They told me that my car was too old. If you’re looking to have a key cut I would recommend North Hills Lock & Safe in West View, PA — they will cut your keys with zero hassle unlike this horrible business!
