Valley Lock and Door are fantastic. The estimate and price was great, the timeline quoted was 7-9 weeks, and the door was ordered and installed in just 5 weeks, in freezing cold weather no less!

The installation was flawless, from start to finish, the door was removed, all new track and spring was installed as well as the brand new door within 2 hours. The installer was neat and orderly, cleaned up and took everything away.

Another big point, probably the biggest for me personally, the estimate included a promotion from the manufacturer that discounted the highest rated insulated door down to the equivalent price of the lowest rated insulated door. Valley Lock and Door were honest and upfront about that and passed that saving on to me. Another door company outside of our area who uses the same supplier did NOT disclose that savings and quoted me almost $300 more for the same door as Valley Lock and Door!

Phenomenal local small business and they exemplify the integrity and excellence of the Upper Perk Valley!

Fast, efficient, and reliable. I got a car key with fob copied here and it was a good experience. They even cut another car key for me without a fob at no cost. I highly recommend them.

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.
