I called and they were at my house within the hour, ready to work! They replaced my front door locks with a much more secure and durable option, and got everything done quickly and professionally. Issac was fantastic — he walked me through how the new lock works, explained the lifetime warranty, and made sure I knew how to reach him with any questions. Great service all around. Fast and easy. Price seems fair. Nice selection of keys to chose from. One of my specialty (decorative design) keys was incorrectly ground on a standard blank (so I paid for an upgrade I didn’t receive), otherwise all went as planned and the keys do work.
