It was quick and pretty easy. I paid $8 bucks for a key, didn’t even get a key ring with it which I thought was rediculous. I also thought that $8 for a regular key was a bit much. It was pretty easy to use and the key did work. So I would recommend going to a hardware store first for a cheaper price but in a pinch it was quick easy.

Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

They refuse to make me a key, nothing fancy just needed a duplicate, because of the shirt that I was wearing. They called me a communist but it was just a red t-shirt with the Turkish flag design on it which is a star and a moon. They proceeded to yell at me as I walked out the door. Weird place, dirty, old and Dusty. I’m all for shopping local but not willing to support ignorance. My foreign stepfather had a similar problem with them in the past. How that building passed inspection to the beyond me.

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

Contacted hunters cause we lost our car keys they were so very nice and helpful and was going to drive to beat town rock to help us but we ended up finding our key would so highly recommend this business

I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

Martin and his team are fantastic. I need keys made and they were done asap. I also lost the keys to my RV and they come out and replaced the ignition within 2hrs. I had some concerns and Martin himself came out in the early morning hours and fix it himself. Can’t say enough about this company. Great customer service from beginning to end.

The most disgusting owner I have ever come into contact with. Yesterday I was pulling out of my job I have been working at for years (it’s an area I’m very familiar with and never have an issue) I check both ways to make sure both sides of the road are clear before I start to turn and as I start to turn a this companies truck barrels down the road. If I hadn’t completely stepped on my breaks I would’ve been rammed into and badly injured. Again I drive every day here so it’s not an area I’m unfamiliar with and I’m used to fast drivers. But this guys almost crashes into me because he’s barreling down this road and then waves his finger at me. I called the company number and was met with a lovely receptionist who took the info and said they took it seriously and I was relieved and I would’ve been fine with just that but she said that owner was in an interview and would call me later and even thanked me for calling. This morning I get a phone call from the owner, the nastiest tone tells me how it was my fault for trying to pull out and they were correct to wave their finger at me. I explained how they were going clearly over the speed limit and he told me that’s “my perception”. I mentioned reporting this to the FMSCA as this is extremely concerning behavior and he proceeded to try to tell me off but I just hung up. Whoever owns this company should not be a business owner.
Update FMSCA can’t help but I’ll be going to my local police station to see what I can do or if there’s a local state company I can reach out to. I’m sick of feeling scared to drive everyday bc of people like this

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Quick and accurate, was surprised to see your logo MK engraved on the top of the key. Free advertisement, Not A fan.. Don’t need NFL Logos, Camo, or Trees for 2 bucks extra just a plain key. Also would be nice to mention on the machine that credit cards are accepted. passed it by on 3 different occasions because of the dollar slot that says exact amount needed no change given.

Minute key was convenient, and efficient! It would have saved me a couple trips to Home Depot had I known the kiosk was there. I give it 4 stars because if I didn’t look in the direction of the kiosk, I wouldn’t have known it was there. When I saw it on 2/16/24, it reminded me that I needed to make keys! All 3 keys work!
