I’m disabled and have cancer. I couldn’t get 3 new deadbolts installed, as my hands don’t work. I called to get them installed. I got a total run around. They finally called back 3 weeks later. I was quoted $250 for the job. They didn’t get my business, as I found someone else that did it for $60 and was done in 45 minutes.

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

European cars expert/ excellent service
One day I was at the mall with my family and my Audi suddenly decided not to recognize the key (chip failure) so I couldn’t start the vehicle to take me back home. After calling ten different companies, it turned out none of them could do anything about it because “European cars are really hard to work with,” and they all said I’d have to take it to the dealership—which would’ve meant an absurd amount of time and money.

One day, as my last hope, I called another locksmith company, and they recommended Juan from “Chief locks and Auto”. He literally saved the day. He was incredibly professional throughout the whole process—communication, the repair itself—and he explained in detail how he would transfer the data from the old key to the new one.

He pulled it off, and I had my car back in less time and for way less money. Juan, you’re the best.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.
