Made appointment over 2 weeks in advance to have locks rekeyed and get estimate for keyless entry. The appt was made for the afternoon of the day we closed on our new condo, since we were off from work. We received a call at 1:28pm saying that the appt between 1p-3p could not be honored and would have to be rescheduled. After explaining that we would not be available until after 345 on weekdays I was put on hold. When the woman came back to the phone she was annoyed, but said the tech would be here by 3pm. Its now 3:30 no tech no call. We know it doesnt matter to these folks that we will take our business elsewhere, but theyre the ones who need to ne ashamed that they dont have the capacity to know how to provide adequate customer service. So much for wanting to support local businesses!!!

Eric was on time and very responsive. Had deadbolt installed on current door which just got painted and still looks great after installation. He was able to match the new lock to our current key and it works smoothly. Great customer service. Highly recommend and would hire again.
