Excellent, fast service. I’m grateful they picked up the phone at 7:30am on a Saturday. Had someone at my location in under a half hour. Make sure you have a check with you. They don’t take credit cards

Excellent service! Some would-be thief took a hammer to our door at our garage at camp. Thankfully our camera and alarm prevented a theft. We called Andrew at 123 and he came out in an hour to install a new doorknob for us. Excellent service at a great price. Don’t look anywhere else for a locksmith!

We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Very easy to use. Just follow the directions. If you buy 2 keys, you get one free. Need a wire brush to take off the rough edges. I think you can pay extra for the machine to wire brush the keys, but as much as the keys cost, it should be free.

Followed all instructions & key doesn’t work. I spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting for the 11 previous callers to be processed & then received a recording indicating no one was available to take my call. Then I received an email to report my issue that included a clause to be added to their mailing list once the link was opened. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE… it’s an expensive hoax. I regret not reading reviews before using this service my self.
