Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.

Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. Being a Sunday at 445 p.m. I thought darn I wouldn’t be able to get a key reproduced ( really needed it) but the kiosk was lit so my Granddaughter and I proceeded to try it. Everything went really easy and got home and tryed the key 🔑 perfect. Highly recommend this venue!!!

They responded quickly to an emergency lockout and were honest and reasonable when it comes to pricing.
I really do appreciate a family owned business. The son quickly unlocked our door. He also fixed another door in a matter of seconds that had been giving us problems for years. He was so quick if you blinked you would’ve missed it. I’m so appreciative of their service and highly recommend them for hardware and locksmith services. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else.
