I made the unfortunate mistake of locking both pairs of my keys in my car and after unsuccessfully trying to get them our, I called Marvin. With minutes of arriving, my car was unlocked and I was able to get my keys. Plus his rates won’t make you take out a mortgage like a lot of other places do just to pay. Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! Pro tip: When taking garbage to the dump, don’t accidentally throw your car keys into the trash compactor when you toss the bag! (Totally an accident, but there’s absolutely nothing the old fellas working there can do for you, and it’s almost impossible to get the keys back.)

So, we needed a vehicle locksmith FAST. Luckily, we knew exactly who to call who could cut us a new car key: Quality Lock. Brad not only answered the phone, he arrived SO quickly and is making a new vehicle key for us as I write this.
