Told me a price over the phone and when he showed up after telling him how much somebody else was trying to charge me he decided to charge me the same thing and give me a 10% card fee. I was unhappy

Amazing. David was super kind and super fast. The price to replace my key was over $100 less than the dealership and David came to me–the dealership said I would have to get my car towed to them.

Fast response (came out within an hour or so of calling), arrived on time and got a key copied and functional in less than 30 min. Professional service and new key works great. Very satisfied with service.
Update: while they did come out quickly, 5 min after they left I did a check of both keys that was more than just quickly start and turn off the car. Check transmission light was now on. They said not a result of their work, but I took to the mechanic (pro auto in sccappoose) and transmission control module programming error code came up that is a known issue with incorrectly programmed keys. Asked to resolve with and have had no meaningful response or resolution. Dissapppointing.

Advantage just cut me a new key and programmed at new fob for my Honda. Excellent service and efficient. Previously used to cut new house keys. Price was very reasonable for both. Great to have this service in Multnomah Village.

Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!

Had an issue with my deadbolt on my garage door. Jack was quick to answer and was able to get there shortly to repair it. Door and lock works better now than when it was first installed. Price was fair and consistent with what others quoted. Would use ABC lock and safe again.

Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. We locked ourselves out on new years day and called this business for help. Emanuel was lovely to work with. He got here in 15 minutes and was even kind enough to answer questions about what he was doing to get the lock open as he worked. The price was even solid for new years day ($199 total). I love keyme. I’ve gotten a good deal on multiple keys that all work great and it even saves your keys to your profile in case you’re in a pinch! The saved copy of my key really helped me out when I lost my house key!

I brought in the front door lock – in pieces – that our house painter had disassembled, asking 1) how to reassemble it, 2) can it be cleaned, and 3) can it be replaced. The locksmith gave excellent answers to each question, giving me clear instructions, and lubricated the lock (which is all it needed) for free. I’ve trusted Davis Lock & Safe for decades, and have always been delighted with the results.

Super sketchy call center. This company will not tell you the price ahead of time. They arrived 45 minutes late. The technician was kind and quick however once he arrived.
