Had the best experience here. They really came through for us in a bad situation by cutting/reprogramming a new car key/fob and deactivating the anti-theft system in my car. I’m sure they saved me hundreds by not having to go to the dealer.

Amy is the best! I dropped by with my key fob that had exploded into tiny pieces after dropping them and she was able to fix it no problem! Alpine Lock and Safe is lucky to have such competent and kind staff on board- give this woman some praise (and a raise!). Thanks Amy!

Said they could help me. Told me to wait 5 minutes… 10… 15… charged me close to $200 just to cancel me so not only was I locked out my car in the rain they took my money without providing any service.

Didn’t have key for garage and it got locked. Called and within 40 minutes he was at the house, 15 minutes later he had door open and made it to where my new house key fit that door now, and made me 2 new keys for it. Quick, friendly, had no issues.

They charge you card before they search for a locksmith in your area. There were none after 30 min of me waiting for an appointment so I had to call someone else. Says I’ll get my money back in 3-5 business days. Just a heads up if you try to use this service they put a hold on your account first.

I used the Keyme kiosk just inside the entrance doors at city market in Dillon. The keys it spit out actually worked better than the old one on an external condo door that is quite cantankerous. This machine works better than the automatic one at lowes or the somewhat old-school one at ace. I can’t speak to the locksmith services, but the kiosk works great. A bit on the expensive side at 10.99 per key, but they did have a 2 for 1 deal. And you get what you pay for.
