I absolutely love The convenience being made available in stores. It makes it much more convenient. My keys came out perfect I would definitely recommend this to somebody. That’s looking to replace keys or duplicate.

The Flying Locksmiths were very easy to work with when we needed new entry locks and keys for our clinic. I received an accurate quote and they were able to offer an appointment within a few days. Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!

I had an excellent experience with Omar and highly recommend his services. He responded promptly on a Sunday evening after my newly installed smart lock (from Amazon) malfunctioned when the internal batteries became dislodged, causing the electronic mechanism to lock.

After a brief phone call, Omar arrived at my home within 35–40 minutes, which was greatly appreciated given that other locksmiths I contacted were unavailable over the weekend. He was professional, patient, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also took the extra step of ensuring the lock was properly secured and functioning correctly to help prevent future malfunctions.

Omar’s responsiveness, expertise, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

Need to add more time when the machine is telling you to push the key in firmly as it’s scanning. I barely had any time after I saw the instruction so my key wasn’t perfect. Overall just fine experience. Would have loved to see inside to see the process as other machines allow. Not sure who maintains machines but this one was NASTY on the outside.

I was replacing my Subarus key battery when I accidentally lost the tiny RFID security piece. When I couldn’t find it I called Ilan to ask if he could help. He showed up within 2 hours and got to work. After a short time figuring it out, he was able to reprogram my key and even cut me a new backup so this won’t happen again. I would recommend to anyone needing his help and won’t hesitate to work with him again.

I went in thinking I needed my car door lock cylinder re-keyed. Got a call back about an hour later saying they cleaned it out and it didn’t need to be re-keyed. They saved me some money and were able to get me my cylinder Loch back in a timely manner.

At first Amax said they were totally booked up but a short while later I got a call that they could be here in 15 minutes to help me get into my home where my special needs pet was waiting. Advantage just cut me a new key and programmed at new fob for my Honda. Excellent service and efficient. Previously used to cut new house keys. Price was very reasonable for both. Great to have this service in Multnomah Village.
