Had the ignition pins and key in my old CRV wear out leaving me unable to drive my car. The folks at bend lock and safe told me if I could get the car towed there they could fix it. I was out the door with a working ignition and three new sets of keys within the same day. Great work, wonderful people and fair prices!
I will definitely be going back here for any other lock problems in the future!

Darian fixed all issues we were having with two door locks this afternoon,he was very knowledgeable, professional,very friendly and very efficient!!Even our dog Loved him!
He even rekeyed all of our keys!
I would highly recommend Darian for any locksmith issues!

My key got stuck on its way out at a Walmart kiosk. No one at Walmart had a key to open the machine up and get it out. It was my house key and I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving it there…it was Saturday and the phone number on the front just went to voicemail. They wouldn’t be back until Monday. So, a nice man helped me shake the machine and use something to stick it up inside and get my house key out. I was at that point about an hour and a half late to an event. When I wrote the company about this wanting a refund they responded saying they couldn’t issue me one since they was nothing wrong with my key. They didn’t even ask if there was anything wrong with my key!!!! They assumed and guess what!!!! All three keys I purchased don’t work! Do not use this machine! The company customer service is horrible and so is the machine itself.

Very slow web page with time consuming needless questions. EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE FOR QUALITY when I could walk 50 steps inside FMyers and buy exact same duplicate key for half the price with better quality on finished keys

Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!

Don with J&L was prompt and knowledgeable! He clearly knew what he was doing. He was able to get us back into our home in about 15 min. and that included working on a Kwikset SmartKey Deadbolt! I will definitely use them again, if needed!

This place is outstanding. I came in with old and unusual tool box keys to have duplicated. The gentleman behind the counter was unbelievably patient and found the correct key blanks. The new keys worked great and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Swanson and Sons for all your locksmith needs.

I was impressed with the ease of operation to make my own keys. I made several and though I had concerns of the ridge detail they all work flawlessly. The only thing I did not like was that the cheapest keys feel a little flimsy. Only time will tell.
