Reshaun at Key Harbor in Summerville is one service oriented young man! He is 10 stars as he took extra time to assist my unique key issue with my ’98 Toyota Landcruiser today. I greatly appreciated it. And, the very pleasant and accommodating receptionist, Chanelle, was appreciated, too! Good service with knowledgeable people are right here in town on Main Street!

Mr. Eric was our hero tonight. He answered right away, arrived within 20 min of the call around rush hour. Within a few minutes of troubleshooting he had our door open. He is a lovely person and gave us a great price. Highly recommend him.

I did the buy 2 keys, get one free…. I wasn’t planning on buying 3 keys since I had 2 different keys I needed copies of. I’m disappointed I was unable to choose which key template I wanted for the free key. It defaulted to the last key it copied. The keys all work. But in the event they do not, it’s not clear who to contact. I miss the days of people doing this instead of machines.

Easy to do. No problems whatsoever. I think it might be a little expensive, but on the other hand, it’s very convenient to just go to a Walmart and make a key with no problems. I would use the key me kiosk again without hesitation.
