We purchased a used minivan that came with only 1 key fab and no keys. It is push to start but we had to have a back up just in case. ASAP Lockout was fast and friendly. How convenient to have service right at your home. We were able to set a date immediately for service. He provided a discount for multiple key fabs and even left the one we had programmed for back up. His price couldn’t be beat even by the big name stores. It was a pleasure working with you! Joshua did a great job installing my Lockly Deadbolt Doorbell Camera. Works great, no way I would have got that done as quick and easy as he did. He even switched out my other deadbolt locks. Very professional and punctual.

Had lost my keys and needed some new ones. Johnny came on a Sunday and got it done quickly and efficiently. As well as where other places were quoting me $500-$800 to flash a chip on my cars ECU. Johnny did it for $200 and even threw in an extra key for me. Would highly recommend giving Johnny a call if you want reliable and affordable service.

EDITS:
The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

they had a blank on the wall and made certain it would work.

Had a shop key cut and doesn’t work. I’ve had other keys cut at same Kiosk and were great. Now the text receipt link won’t except my phone number for refund. It’s the same number I put in the machine. Obviously because it sent a message after purchase. I tried my email and says no records found. Kind of sounds like a way to keep people’s money to me.

I bent the key to my vehicle’s rooftop carrier real bad. I showed up to this locksmith shop without an appointment. I was helped right away. They made two copies of this key for under $9. The quote I received for my car key was pretty high

I was in a tough spot on a holiday, locked out of my Truck. Kerry went above and beyond to help me out. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and extremely fair with his pricing. I called around and Arrow Lock and Key had some of the most competitive rates in town. Beyond price, the real difference is Kerry himself—he’s the kind of person you can trust completely. Kerry could charge a premium and I’d still prefer to support him over big-box stores.

If you need anything key or lock-related GO SEE KERRY! He runs a small shop, but the level of service and expertise you get here is second to none. Highly, highly recommend!

Ignition lock in my 2008 Honda Fit stopped working and my car was stuck at the Springfield Winco parking lot at 4pm. After calling another locksmith who would cut me a new key for $175 to see if that might work (no guarantee!) a local mechanic recommended I call Heyman’s. I got my car towed over to Heyman’s and Jason said he would work on the ignition the next morning. Sure enough I got a call from Jason at about 10am and the ignition lock was fixed and I didn’t need new keys! Total repair cost was only $85!!! Kendall Honda quoted me $825 plus a locksmith fee to rekey it….thank you Jason and Heyman…you have my business for life!!!

BEYOND thankful they were available to let me in but the price is ridiculous! I asked over the phone and couldn’t give me a price. Got here, let me in, and charged me $457.00 to let me into my house. This is HORRIBLE business practices. This is a form of robbery. I feel I was overcharged based on where I live and my vehicles because he asked me about my cars then hit me with the fee.
