Excellent service, Our safe was jammed, the key code was jammed and we lost the key.. Sherwood was able to pick the lock, save the day as our passports and other important info was there.. Fast and very reasonable.. thanks for taking this huge worry away from us.

I had an excellent experience with Omar and highly recommend his services. He responded promptly on a Sunday evening after my newly installed smart lock (from Amazon) malfunctioned when the internal batteries became dislodged, causing the electronic mechanism to lock.

After a brief phone call, Omar arrived at my home within 35–40 minutes, which was greatly appreciated given that other locksmiths I contacted were unavailable over the weekend. He was professional, patient, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also took the extra step of ensuring the lock was properly secured and functioning correctly to help prevent future malfunctions.

Great experience. Trevor came out today to install a new key pad lock, reprogram 2 existing key pads and override key a couple of the keypads. He was kind, and informative about the whole process. The door handle on the one door had to be moved to accommodate the new keypad. He did it in a way that you can’t see the original holes so it’s like nothing was moved at all.

Its only keys cut on one side. House keys and padlocks. Not camper/trailer keys. It made it but cuts only one side. I should of known better so my fault really. The lower stars because the free key thing said free but cost $1.49, and maybe a small sticker on machine saying it for single cut or one sided keys only…for people like me. “Whos the dummy now?…dummy”.

I was able to get new keys made for our car. The man helping me was nice and informative. There was a wide assortment of keys to choose from and there were some “blingy” key chains that caught my attention. I would recommend coming here for your key cutting needs.

I just went in to get a key copied and was very impressed with the service. The locksmith was very professional and did an excellent job. Another customer came in needing several services and the locksmith showed that he was very knowledgeable and handled his needs and gave some insights on options. If you need one of the newer car keys, I saw that they have the equipment to program them (you can’t just copy the physical key any more) and, although I wasn’t getting a car key on this trip, I suspect they charge a lot less than the car dealerships. It’s worth checking out.
